Flat rate of $1,200 includes:

  • Knockout clearance search report

  • Advisory letter or phone call

  • All attorney-client communications up to the filing of the application

  • All attorney communications with the USPTO examiner

  • Response to all procedural Office Actions

  • Complimentary docketing for life!

The flat rate package is limited to two classes only. If your search and application requires more than two trademark classes, additional fees may apply. The flat rate does not include the government filing fees which will be a minimum of $250. Also, the flat fee does not include my services for responding to substantive Office Action refusals, which require me to file a written legal argument in support of your application
